Data also supports the prioritization of schools that need urgent attention
Africa boasts of a young working population. However, any economy’s sustained growth is not solely focused on youth, but high productivity promoted by investment in human capital development. With AlumUnite, alumni can improve employment rates on the continent through mentorship and career guidance.
Partner schools and under-privileged communities can access resources required to encourage learning and inclusive education. AlumUnite facilitates this process, enabling the distribution of financial capital between and among countries. Local and alumni-run businesses also participate in executing projects, creating a world that is inclusive and an environment for SMEs and the local workforce to thrive.
