In the Sterling Management Development Program (SMDP), you'll be recruited through a bespoke recruitment campaign and then enrolled in a 12-month rotational program where you gain cross-border exposure and insight. This program enables you to emerge as an accomplished professional with a variety of skills and competencies that you can apply to a variety of Sterling departments while also growing personally. The Sterling Management Development Program aims to develop Next-Gen leaders who will largely contribute to the design of the future of Sterling.
- A minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in any sector.
- A minimum of a master’s degree or relevant professional certification from an accredited institution in or outside Nigeria.
- Applicants must not be older than 32 years of age at the time of application.
